Incantevole appartamento in palazzo storico Ortigia

We extremely much appriciated the help of Maria and her so helpful son Yassin waiting so long for our late arrival to hand the keys and show us around in the apartment at our arrival. Also we remember the easygoing and so friendly way our host (owner) Francesco communicated with us from a distance. Everrything was clear and so easily arranged with him and Maria and her son. Francesco even arranged for our car to be parked around the corner in an underground parking with all te help you can get there tot take of your car. Wonderful that we didnt have to go far with our amount of luggage! Wonderful communication any time needed, before during and after our stay. Thank you so much!! It is an amaizing spacious two room apartment with open kitchen(corner) with all you need, seperate bathroom and a small roofcovered terrace. The apartment is way bigger than the pictures would make you expect. Exactly the comfortable place to stay if you appreciate space and luxery and quiteness in this historic part of town. I can't think of anything! It's on the second floor with no lift but that was no problem for us at all. And after climbing the stairs serveral times you'll be rewarded with this amaizing apartment! Just don't be in a hurry and take your time. That's what vacations are for!

Spacious lounge and bedroom and as its top floor at rear it is very quiet . The location in my opinion is excellent- being at south side of Ortiga , away from the central crowds .

Kitchen facilities were lacking and not thought through . Lots of big pans but no frying pan , saucepan . Cutlery probably could be replaced with a new complete set .
