Nestled 600 meters from the sandy St. Spyridon beach and the Antinioti Lagoon Nature Reserve, the villa boasts a delightful private garden and balconies with tranquil rural views.
Designed with a single floor, Villa Kiki can comfortably accommodate up to five people (four adults and one child) and is ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach and nearby amenities. Family-run traditional tavernas are conveniently located just a few 600 metres away, and the nearest supermarket is 200 meters away. The beach, perfect for children with fine sand and protected from waves, is only 600 meters away.

we had a lovely stay, no issues. The provided facilities were great including a great barbecue and outdoor shower. House was clean and well maintained and there were lots of clear institutions. Lovely location within walking distance of a few great beaches and shops.

A very nice little villa on a green plot. The furnishings, especially the kitchen equipment, were excellent. A pleasant atmosphere, about 900 m from the beach.

We had a wonderful happy hot week. Slightly further to the beach than we anticipated but the sea at one end and effective aircon at the other. Useful shop halfway too.
Responsive owner - replaced a light bulb almost immediately.
Lovely spots to sit outside the house.
Noise of the horses across the road, which was lovely and otherwise peaceful
