Host communication before arrival was helpful. Check-in was easy. Parking was specious enough and in closed yard. Interior of the room was nice and cozy, a lot of wood, as well as yard and shared used places. The bed was comfortable, and the mini kitchen available in room as well as kettle and snall coffe machine was great addition for great stay, especially with child. There were no noise at night, the apartments rules do not allow disturbances after 22:00, we could see some mountains from the windows and balcony. The child cot was prepared as requested. Host prepared great breakfast, with very good selection of most popular breakfast ingirdients, there also was child sit available. The host - Michal, was always helpful and friendly. Michal also answered our questions about local parkings, and places of interest. Check-out was easy. We have not tried some of the provided services such as jacuzzi and Wi-Fi, because we were busy with sight-seeing.

The location was excellent, attention to detail in the decor, lovely breakfast and great hot tub. Michal the host was fantastic, brilliant customer service- highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect experience! The host was kind and friendly, let us check in early, gave us a thorough personalized rundown of everything to do in Zakopane. For breakfast, he personally presided over a huge and delicious spread and was helpful without being overbearing.

Location and Jaccuzi were perfect

1. No dental kits 2. No one cleaned our apartment 3. The apartment is really small 4. Wi-fi is not working at all 5. There is no proper way to contact owners 6. Pillows were not comfortable at all
