great place and location for a getaway from busy city life

the location is perfect, quiet, near the public beach, and restaurants

I only wish there would be a designated smoking area away from the house because sitting on the balcony inhaling the surrounding smokers cigarettes made it impossible to enjoy spending the morning and evening hours on the balcony and when the breeze is right the smoke comes into the apartment.

location

the room was not properly cleaned. we were supposed to convert sofa into bed ourselves. there was dust everywhere and the sofa dirty. mold in the bathroom, especially shower. we had to shower small kid so it was unpleasant.

Good clean, modern and comfy accommodation

Apartment was newly kitted out and in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice bathroom. Good balcony with view and sun awning. Good parking arrangements and bike stand. The building itself is a bit characterless but the owners had put up lots of nice pictures and decorations to make it feel cheerful and more homey.

Lovely!

Wonderful location and appartement with a beautiful view over the lake, especially at night. The hosts are thoughtful, thinking of everything you need for your stay. Enough towels, basic oil, spices and coffee and tea for the stay. The apartment is comfortable with enough room for a family of four!

One tip! Perhaps one thing is to add a fence/glass (schutting) on the balcony between the two apartments to add to the privacy. At the moment it is too intimate if the neighbors are also on their balcony.

Ruhige Lage nah am Zentrum, im Zimmer alles vorhanden, was man braucht, alles sauber.

Der Seeblick war von unserer Terrasse nicht vorhanden (für Aufpreis)! Die Matratze war total durchgelegen, was nach einigen Tagen Rückenprobleme bereitet. Die Küche ist für so viele Leute zu eng, dafür sehr gut ausgestattet, außer der Mikrowelle (zu klein, keine Drehscheibe, kein Deckel). Parkplatz sehr eng, wenn das Haus voll ausgebucht ist.
