About this apartment rental
Welcome to our welcoming property located in Bardolino, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. The apartment consists of an elegant living room with a television. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a desk (ideal for children and teenagers of all ages). Next to the spacious living room is an eat-in kitchen, equipped with every modern convenience (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer, stovetop, etc.). The bathroom has a washing machine, while the terrace has a small table from which you can enjoy the view of the town of Bardolino.
Our home also offers private parking.
Ample shared garden space is available.
The apartment is on the second and last floor with a beautiful view of the town!
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out at 10:00 AM
Location fees not included in the reservation price and to be paid in cash upon arrival:
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (for guests aged 14 and over).
- Late check-in: Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance; there is a surcharge!
Optional extras available upon request and payable in cash upon arrival:
- Sheets and towels: These can be added for €12.50 per person per change, or you are welcome to bring your own and save on the final price. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds, and if this is possible and requested, the additional cost for a set of sheets is €10.00. Advance booking is required.
- Pets are welcome upon request; €20.00 per pet will be charged for the entire stay.
- Early Check-In: This is possible only after checking the availability of the respective apartment and can be requested only two days before arrival, with an additional fee.
- Late Check-Out: This is possible only after checking the availability of the respective apartment and can be requested only two days before departure, with an additional fee.
- Extra bed + €20.00
- Crib (1-24 months) + €15.00
- High chair + €10.00

Prima Lage der Wohnung, direkt in der Innenstadt. Garage war nicht nutzbar, da die Schlüssel zum Tor nicht gepasst haben. Besteck haben auch wir gesucht und nach Hinweis der Vermieterin oberhalb in der Topfschublade gefunden. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden gewesen.

Kurz vorweg: Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt! Direkt in der Stadt, umgeben von zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch einige in der Nähe (abgesehen von der Garage).
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt an vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Gerade das Bad und vor allem der Kühlschrank. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat auch alles was man so benötigt.
Die größte Enttäuschung ist, dass in der Anzeige mit „Balkon mit Seeblick“ geworben wird. Der „Balkon“ ist weder Bestandteil der Wohnung, noch ist er begehbar. Ein ca 0,7m2 kleines Betonstück an der Außenwand (So stelle ich mir das Führerhaus eines Kranes vor).
Warum muss denn die Wohnung mit etwas beworben werden, was sie nicht hat? Alleine schon die Lage der Wohnung reicht doch völlig für die Beschreibung aus.
Das Bad ist wirklich klein und um die Toilette zu nutzen, muss man sich schon irgendwie quer da einquetschen (außer man ist nur 1,20m groß). Kurz; die Beschreibung der Wohnung passt nicht unbedingt zu ihr.
Der Kontakt vom Büro war nett und der Check In lief unproblematisch. Beim Check out werden die Schlüssel einfach in ein Schließfach gelegt und das wars.
Ansonsten hat es uns ganz gut gefallen.
