This adorable 1/1 condominium is located in the Oceanside. (Mile marker 90) This unit is located in a well maintained community. This beautiful oceanfront condominium has many amenities such as - heated swimming pool, private beach area, clubhouse, tennis court, gym with sauna, washer/dryer facility, Tiki Huts, BBQ grills, and picnic areas on the water. This home features one bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. This home sleeps two to four people very comfortably. It has a queen-size bed and a full size pull out couch. The home is complete with: stove, microwave, refrigerator, color TV (with cable), VCR/DVD. All towels and linens, sheets, dishes, pots, and pans are provided. This home is spotless and a great way to stay in the Keys without spending a fortune. This condominium is located on the fringe of Key Largo which offers vacationers many great opportunities.

John is an amazing Host with great communication and quick responses to our questions. The unit was cozy for our short stay, & we slept great on the comfy bed! The Seagulls condos are quiet and well maintained with a Nice heated pool! The area of course is beautiful and I enjoyed watching the sunrises on the beach area at the condo.

Nice and quiet. Pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade. Second time to stay on this property and will stay here again. Just beware that traffic is very busy in the morning around the high school and afternoon when school lets out.

John was a great host and the condo had everything needed. The community was great as well - nice beach, friendly people, nice gym, safe & secure and in a great location!

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.
