Snowcreek Delight

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area, close to everything in town, and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the whole place was quite spacious. Check in was easy. There were some condiments etc in the cupbnoard which came in very handy

The cleanliness overall could be better, our outside patio which we used every day had leaves built up everywhere, and the stand for the bbq was dirty. The carpets need a steam clean, and the kitchen cupboards could do with an update too, the insides of them are very worn.

Hulu login was needed. I contacted vacasa who couldn't help and then said someone would contact me, but no one did. For the amount of money paid, I would have thought they would have been more responsive. Also, I asked if I could check in at 2pm, 2 hrs earlier than the 4pm check-in...it was a Thu, so I was pretty sure the property was empty and clean and ready...but I was immediately denied with no reason. I called to ask again and I was connected to an off-shore CSR who read from her script that someone would text me if the property was ready early...no message ever came. And they make you check out at 10am--an hour earlier than most hotel check ins...so the housekeeping dept gets 6 hrs to turn it over. I wish they would have been a little more flexible with the times....but the system is so automated that it won't bend a rule or accommodate like a real homeowner could have... Other than those things, the place was clean and conveniently located to SV. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of games for entertainment.

Proximity to dining and activities

A shuttle service to Baldy would be cool, not a deal breaker though
