Walking distance to Cooks Beach restaurant, winery and other amenities
Large property with both river and sea views.
Short flat walk to the beach.
River can be accessed via back of property and kayaks are available for use.
Fabulous estuary for young children to swim, with boat ramp at the other end of the beach.
