About this villa rental
In a panoramic position on the Gulf of Castellammare is about 6 km from the center of Terrasini, about 4 km from the 'Terrasini' of the A29 and 18 km from the airport Falcone Borsellino.
30 minutes by motorway from Palermo Capital of culture 2018.
Very close to the sea, the tourist resorts, monuments and art treasures and archaeological in Western Sicily.
This position is one of the most beautiful places of Trapani and Palermo's coast.
Here you can enjoy, as a guest comments, a "wonderful sea view where wonderful colors mix and the blue of the sky turns pink at sunset. A terrace where you can dream and soak in the natural beauty of the bay to enjoy a relaxing admiring the magnificent view. "
The villa has a private access to the sea which is a few minutes walk, in a beautiful cove between the rocks (no lifeguard, should therefore know how to swim) equipped with deck for sunbathing and comfortable stairs to access the sea; a splendid sea with stunning cliffs to explore with rented rafts in Terrasini or in Castellammare del Golfo;
From the villa you can easily reach beautiful destinations for the monuments, archeology, color and cuisine such as Palermo, Monreale, Segesta, Scopello, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Mozia and Saline, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Selinunte, Agrigento, the Egadi islands, the Zingaro reserve and Capo Rama, etc.
The unit is an autonomous villa divided into:
- ground floor with bedroom with double bed (air-conditioned) and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and bidet, living room with kitchenette (with fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, electric grill, dishwasher, pots and pans) and sofa, large veranda. where it is possible to eat, with a splendid view of the gulf;
- first floor with large bedroom (air-conditioned) with 3 beds and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and bidet and large terrace with stunning views of the gulf,
- large cellar floor with large "scirocco" room (ventilated through window on the Indian) with 2 beds (the 6th and 7th bed) and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, bathroom with shower and bidet, laundry with washing machine and ironing board and iron, closet room.

A few minutes walk there is a Equestrian Center.
And 'it recommended have their own transport, as there is no public transportation for the shopping area about 6 km.

The home is simply beautiful! Marble floors, spacious bathrooms,modern kitchen and comfortable beds. The best vacation home we rented in all of Italy! The hosts were so very helpful and kind as well as organized. The view from the home is all sea and mountains, too gorgeous to describe properly! Book this home, you will not be disappointed!

Great vacation! This is the second year we are spending our vacation here, and as the last time it was a great pleasure to be a Fulgo’s guest. The house and all the appliances were at out expectations as well as the sea :) Awesome vacation, great experience! I would definitely recommend this casa di vacanza. Thank you Fulgo and Maria Vittoria for being such great hosts!

A wonderful duplex villa with great location and accommodations. It is close to the shore, about 6-8 minutes of walk, where you can enjoy a private bay (in italian 'caleta'). The owners live next door , are very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues you have.
A car will be required to get to Cinisi for daily shopping (the fresh stracciatella and mozzarella that you can buy at the shop before the entrance to Cinisi is a must for your morning coffee) and to get around the island to close beaches (Cinisi and Salvina).

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per due settimane con la mia famiglia. La casa è bella, pulita, molto curata in ogni particolare e la vista è splendida sia dalla veranda a pian terreno che, soprattutto, dal terrazzo al primo piano da cui si gode anche di un fantastico tramonto.
I proprietari sono disponibili e gentili, ci hanno addirittura accolti con un cestino di fichi raccolti dalla pianta che c'è in giardino e con un vasetto di marmellata fatto in casa!
Consiglio senza dubbio il soggiorno.
