This old house completely renovated is typical Selinunte's countryside; set amongst olive groves, with views over trees to the cost, this family villa in Sicily enhances rural charm with comfort and is within easy reach of beaches (only 2 kilometres).
This large estate consist of two charming villas, one owner's house, the other is Casa Melograno, both completely indipendent each with its private pool. The house, in addition of a stunning panoramic view, is nice and comfortable. Inside cool and calm interiors contrast with super-scenic views: its meant to be for a couple or a family that wants to relax and enjoy quiet atmosphere.
A cozy living room opens into a large kitchen and dining area, Two comfortable bedrooms both with individual bathrooms with shower complete the ground floor. The house has every modern comfort and is well furnished.
A staircase to one side leads up to the first floor with a small study room and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Casa Melograno both from living room and from kitchen has direct access to the outside pergola, this covered terrace complete the ground floor with a wooden dining suite ideal for dining al fresco. Raised above its gardens, the house opens on to the lovely infinity pool in its country surrounds.

Fabulous house with STUNNING views across the shallow valley. We had a wonderful 3-week stay in April/May '26, with a mix of remote working and R&R. If you're looking for a remote get away with peace & quiet, this is for you! We got welcomed on arrival by Aldo who showed us around the house and introduced us to Simone (the Groundsman / Pool Guy / general brilliant person). The house is well appointed - 2 ensuite bedrooms downstairs and a 3rd up the metal stairs (the 3rd room has a desk, but also a bit more of student vibe). Kitchen is well appointed with fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Pool is lovely though unheated (which was bracing this early in the year!)Note the house is VERY remote. It took us a couple of goes to find it (some of the little approach roads on Googlemaps are totally overgrown and out of use). It's a 15 minute drive to the nearest shop / bar - or an hour's walk. But the hush when you arrive is amazing. You can totally unhook your mind.All in all a lovely stay - just what we were looking for!

This large wraparound house is very special, located in the heart of a rural wine growing region, a wonderful patchwork of vineyards, olive groves and farmhouses. A truly magical backdrop.
Highlights within very easy reach include Selinunte, Erice, Trapani, Sciaccia, towns to wander to our hearts content. Maharìa in Menfi was a standout restaurant with gallery. Tasting menu with tour at mandrrossa

The villa is situated in a beautiful valley full of vineyards and olive trees , the sunsets are stunning and the peacefulness is so relaxing . Aldo the agent for the villa was very helpful and answered any questions and gave us lots of useful information about the surrounding areas. There is so much to see on this side of the island Marsala & the salt flats , Agriento and Il Siluente the Greek site is a must see !! We had days by the stunning pool and exploring the whole southern side of the island . Castletraveno is a great place for food shopping and you have to visit the Gelaterie cafe for the best Gelato ice cream and cannoli’s fresh everyday !! The villa is light and comfortable , it was perfect for us a family of 5 , the staff that work on the grounds are so friendly . We loved it here ! We will return again one day ! I really recommend it , the pictures of the villa online are very nice till you see it yourself in real time !Bellissimo !!

We loved our stay at this property. The rooms were perfect and kitchen large and efficient. The veranda was wonderful, with amazing uninterrupted views of the sunset. The pool was completely fantastic: spacious, clean, with incredible views. The locale is peaceful with interesting sites such as the temples of Selinunte to see and beautiful beaches to visit within a 15 minute drive. We particularly liked Lido Fiore which has easy parking, a nice bar and lovely shallow clear sea which is great for children. The property is highly recommended.
