Delightful and secluded farmhouse, lovely gardens and lavender edged pool

Mas de Gibert is an old stone farmhouse standing in 3 acres of its own grounds and surrounded by open countryside, Throughout we have endeavored to create an ambience that is in keeping with its essential character whilst providing comfort and originality.
The farmhouse is beautifully cool and spacious with accommodation on two floors.
Stone steps lead up from the flower filled courtyard taking you into a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and onto the lounge with wood burning stove, comfy chairs and sofa. From the lounge there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom ( toilet, shower, sink. There is another door off the lounge onto a large balcony for outdoor eating and relaxing with a staircase leading through a garden to the pool for your sole use
The entrance to the ground floor is off the courtyard. As you enter there is a room with a double bed. Leading off this room there is a bathroom (bath, sink,toilet and shower) and another double bedroom with two single beds and french windows which leads out to the back terrace.

Outdoors there is a variety of places to sit and relax with much mature planting. There is a flower lined path to the pool area which has security gates. The pool using a salt system is 10mx5m with large rectangular steps. The depth of the shallow end is approx 1 mtr with a deep end of just under 2 mtrs. There is a large expanse of terrace around the pool surrounded by flowerbeds with recliners, parasols, table and chairs with a hammock in a shady corner. My partner and I live in the adjoining barn which faces away from the Gîte and is quite private.
