About this villa rental
This very comfortable and romantic 3 bedroom holiday villa is located near the vibrant coastal town of Carvoeiro. The nicely landscaped and fenced garden offers a lot of privacy. From the slightly elevated terrace, you will enjoy great views over the hills, garden and pool. This villa is ideal for families with children, because you can keep an eye on them all time. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.
Within a 5 minute drive, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, golf courses and many activities, like boat trips along the famous Algarvian rocky coast, scuba diving, windsurfing and may others. There is an enormous choice of restaurants and bars in the vicinity of your holiday home.
But if you want to explore the stunning nature, this beautiful house will be the ideal starting point to discover the Algarve, as well as to relax on the beaches.

Layout house
The house is situated on a large plot and consist of a garden, wide terraces with views over the Monchique mountain and a lovely pool area. The house has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is an annex to the house. To access this room you have to go over the terrace outside the house. There is no direct access to this room from the main house. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Further more there is a cozy living room and dining area.
Living room
The cozy living room with wood burner is furbished with comfortable furniture. Here you can watch (Dutch) satellite television and is WiFi available. There is no air conditioning in the living room.
Bedrooms
In total there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed with wardrobes and a bathroom ensuite (air conditioning available). The second bedroom is on the ground floor and also has a double bed and windows towards the pool area (air conditioning available). The third bedroom is located in an annex to the house and is only accessable from the terrace outside the main house (air conditioning available). This bedroom has a bathroom ensuite.
Bathrooms
Vila Atlantico had three bathrooms and one seperate guest toilet. The 2 ensuite bathrooms have a shower, a bath, toilet and two sinks. The bathroom in the annex has has a shower, one sink and toilet. Furthermore there is a seperate toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment you need like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffemaker and a fridge.
Exterior
Vila Atlantico has a very nice pool area with sunbeds all around. From here you have beautiful views over the area and the mountain of Monchique. Furthermore there is spacious and mature garden.
You have access to the whole villa
Benagil Holidays is the property management company. They will look after you during your stay. You can always contact them in case of questions.
The villa is close to the lively village of Carvoeiro and its beach in the city center, the many restaurants, bars and shops. The center is at only 2500m. Centianes beach is also at about 2000m. Just a great central location!

The villa was fantastic and above expectations, specially the outside areas, but unfortunately was not perfectly upkept and cleaned up, hence the 4 stars. I am not a very picky traveler and am used to staying in rundown hostels and such, but at this price point I am a bit more demanding with details, specially when traveling with babies. That said, Kim and Floris were responsive to our requests and my impression is that they are dedicated to addressing these issues for future travelers.

The property was very spacious and easily fit the seven of us comfortably. The main issues were that the washing machine did not work, the BBQ was not there from day 1 and the swimming pool lights were not working throughout the holiday.
Other than the issues above, it was comfortable and the landlord responds quickly to questions and issues.
