About this apartment rental
building very well maintained with caretaker and surveillance cameras, nicely furnished, functional and very quiet on a tree-lined interior courtyard, 4th floor with elevator. Linen provided, large bed 1.60m, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, real kitchen oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, shower room, separate WC.

I was very pleased with the property overal. The location was helpfil because of closeness to metro and bus. The communication with the owner was quick and effective. There were plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great stay, but apparently I was lucky to catch the gardienne off-hours to retrieve the keys, so make sure you understand and can work with the hours at which you can receive the keys.

I loved my stay in your studio apartment in Ternes. It was very welcoming, well-equipped and comfortable, and in a location that was very convenient to many things in Paris. The only drawback was no air conditioning. You might want to install a ductless mini split as the temperatures keep rising year over year.Your concierge was very nice and efficient and my entire stay was a great success.
