A couple of negatives. The kitchen tap leaked badly throughout. A plumber came (by arrangement) but was unable to fix it. The lower bunk bed mattress is most uncomfortable even for a child. The ground floor smoke alarm started beeping (quite loudly) on Wednesday evening and it was too high to reach. Getting no response from the contact number, we called the non emergency fire brigade number. They came immediately and replaced it. They also installed an alarm on the 2nd floor as there wasn't one. An unfortunate incident because the original alarm was only 3 years old and was supposed to have a 10 year life. The front door lock is sometimes very difficult to use.
