The location was great right in the old town It was goth weekend and Halloween which was amazingly good fun The property was nice and cosy and had everything g we needed but needs some improvements

The staircase was dangerous glad we had no children with us the top of the landing were tricky and bannister right at top was so very loose we had to be really careful The duvet covers and pillows looked clean but didn't sell too good like male body odour so I sprayed them with perfume

Everything about this quirky fisherman's cottage is amazing! We have loved everything about it. Its well equipped with everything. Ground floor is kitchen dinner, 1st is lounge and bathroom, 2nd is 2 bedrooms , one single and one double. Bedding lovely and clean. We will definatly book next year ideal location couldn't be more 👌, the ghost walk a must do. Whitby jet museum, captain cooks museum, everyone so friendly. Fab barbers opposite captain Cook museum. Loads of chippy, pubs, restaurants. Lovey walks, panet Park museum is amazing.

Stairs are very tricky to start off with but soon got used to them not ideal if you have had a few drinks (17th century stairs) , the enamel on bath needs re doing, be more economical to have a shower rather than a bath everyday.bins are a little confusing regards which is household and recycling. Lots of stairs up to cottage if not able bodied won't be able to get up there. But not a gripe just an observation.
