About this house rental
Private family home made available to rent!
This is not high frequency rental but our dream mountain home with 180 degree views of the Moreno Valley and New Mexico's highest peaks. We have purchased the home in 2018 after an extensive search and many upgrades. We have chosen to share our home for seasonal leasing by responsible families. The home provides 5 minute access to ski slopes and a great outpost for year round outdoor adventures. This 3 bedroom (3 new kings size beds), 2 large loft areas (three new queen size beds and a twin trundle) and can sleep up to 13. A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances throughout the home is sure to provide all the conveniences of home. A full dining room and bar seating with open floor plan to the great room and chalet style views galore is a great atmosphere for family memories. When we were searching for our dream home, the number one criteria was a million dollar view. Why come to the mountains and not be able to have your coffee and enjoy God's amazing creation from your deck. Whether you want to see the sun soak the valley in the morning or watch the sun light the western sky on fire, or seeing the entire milky way against a black velvet sky, this view has it all! You have the plenty of easy parking and an attached garage with ski rack/shelves for unloading at the end of a great day on the slopes. We have equipped the home with many smart technologies including NEST thermostat, security cameras, and keyless remote access. Check availability today to enjoy our home.
Due to the high elevation and the amount of snowfall that can be unpredictable. We highly advise that a four wheel drive vehicle is a necessity. You could have a week where there is no snow or a blizzard that makes driving very dangerous.

Beautiful property and excellent for youth (teens, pre-teens) to be outside and enjoy nature, and then have fellowship together in a very comfortable and clean cabin. Host states a 4x4 is required and this is 100% accurate. If you are traveling in the winter, do not stay here if you're not traveling with an AWD or 4x4. We had a FWD and a RWD and they were able to get up the mountain with chains, but their cars would get stuck or slid at times. Host made it super convenient to check-in and check-out.
