Indulge in mountain luxury at our 4-bed, 4.5-bath townhome in the heart of Angel Fire village. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Mt. Wheeler's breathtaking views on all three levels. Decks, a garage, and fire pit complete the outdoor experience. The third floor boasts foosball & ping pong for endless fun. Sleeps 13. Welcome to your alpine oasis! The Valley View Villas, completed in 2023, are eleven luxury town homes with identical floor plans.
Convenient entry with no steps to a covered porch. Inside presents a half bath and mud room for coats, shoes, etc. Next is an open kitchen, dining and den. Flip a switch to light the fireplace. Left of the fireplace is a bar and to the right a mini fridge for beverages. View the mountains and trees thru floor to celing glass with motorized blinds. Second floor features a primary bedroom with floor to ceiling glass, king bed, bath and walkin closet, private deck. Second bedroom has a king bed, and ensuite bath, third bedroom has a queen bed with a hall bath. Third floor has a bath, desk nook, bunk bed with full and twin beds plus a roll out trundle bed, futon, and a full sleeper sofa, walkin closet, board games, foosball and ping pon table. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV. First level has a huge deck with chairs and table. From this deck step down to the fenced patio for the sauna and firepit. Fenced back yard.
