Superb location. Very easy to get to everything in Hobart. Close to Botanical Gardens, bus stop just outside. Great shower. Loved the history of the property. Plenty of room. A cute little garden. The use of a washing machine.
We were staying in the gate house, but I could only glimpse the main building behind us.

Location as it was close to things we had planned around hobart to sight see.
No dryer as stated in the booking details.
It was really small inside other than the bedrooms.
Felt very claustrophobic.
Did not suit 4 adults and a 7 year old.
Definitely not secure for children open driveway with no gate.
Literally the owner's behind you living on properity.
Very noisy neighbours and traffic 24/7. If your looking for any quiet or peaceful relaxation this isn't for you.
The pictures on booking.com don't show the above thing's I've mentioned. For the price you would expect more. But this is just our experience as a family of 5. Everyone may have different opinions.
