Everything was clean, the key was as specified, close to city and local restaurants, cafes etc.. Wide street for taxis to pull up. Quiet street, and the air was so clean for a Melbourne person. We visited Mona and watched the North Hobart local football, and friends nearby, a perfect location. There were 3 of us and if we had booked 3 x hotel rooms it would have been $$ so this accomodation was perfect with 3 bedrooms. Backyard is a bonus, lots of space to relax in. Coffee machine and nice kitchen area.

Property was excellent for our stay, furnishings, kitchen supplies, beds etc. Location was exactly as expected, access was easy and simple.
We were required to pay a $500 “bond” deposit on our credit card which was not mentioned in the booking process.
