Great views, close to the beach!

The property was up to our expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well equiped and functional. Conditioned air in the master bedroom was most appreciated. The Buenavista playa is 10 min walk away and downtown Samara 30 min. Sindy the local administrator is a lovely person and absolutely helpful. We ran out of gas for the cooking and we called her for help. She managed to be there with a replacement tank within minutes even if it was on new year evening!! I hope the property will still be available for rental next year!!!

We stayed a month here and had a great time. Our host Sindy was very kind and helpful. We hope to return in the future!

The Casa is located on the second last street before Plata Buena Vista. This beach, although not that safe to swim in is beautiful. The outside living space views monkeys, lizards, coati, and bats every day. As well as racoons at night. We all lived harmoniously together. The kitchen is full of useful appliances to cook meals at home. Sindy is always a quick text away if you need anything. We stayed for 36 nights, and I cried when we left. It is about a 1/2 walk into town but there are local sodas and imperial corner stores on the way. The beach to congreal is a closer beach that you can then walk along the beach to Samara beach and downtown. Wonderful restaurant/ bars.

Had a wonderful stay in Samara. The bed was comfy. Very good security. The washing machine was great! The kitchen needed a few more utensils, big spoons, good steak knives, no toaster, no salad bowl, we had to buy a lemon press, no good cleaning cloths for the kitchen & could not find a brush to clean the toilet. Lots of ants & termites even in our bed. You definitely need a vehicle because it’s very hot in January & is a 40 minute walk to the town of Samara, but only 10 minutes from Buenavista Beach which is the best place to watch sunsets. Walked a few times early in the morning & it was fine but you do need to get back.
