About this house rental

This spacious 2156 square feet large and unique villa is set close to Manasota Beach and offers you 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a heated pool with a large barbecue area. You will find three bedrooms in the main house. Two king bed master suites and two single beds. Next, there is one separate bedroom with a queen size bed at the pool level (with it's own entrance and en suite bathroom).
The charging of EV is not allowed and an extra fee will be charged.

Everything was wonderful, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. We would stay here again.Only minor issue was the dishwasher did not seem to operate properly so we hand washed our dishes.We locked up and left at 9:39am all towels and linens washed, dried, folded and left on dining room table

This place was amazing with privacy, spacious rooms, and clean. The pool was nice for the kids too. Just a 10 min walk to Manasota Key Beach for the beautiful sunsets and lots of shark tooth searching! Super fun and relaxing vacation!
