About this apartment rental
It is a large loft on the eleventh floor of a building situated 2 minutes walk from Copacabana beach sand and 3 minutes walk from the subway. The loft is equipped with two single beds that can be put together, a sofa bed and two mattresses. It has a desk, a folding table, a closet, a TV, free Wifi system, hair dryer, iron. In the kitchen plus the refrigerator, pans, dishes etc. you will find a blender and a coffee maker. I consider the location of the loft to be the highlight, I would say it is in the best part of Copacabana, away from communities and away from the noisiest part of the neighborhood, close to good restaurants, money exchange, and supermarkets.

Property as advertised, clean and utilitarian. like all Rio, the neighbourhood a little uncomfortable walking around after dark, only 1 block from Copacabana beach.

The host was quick to respond to any questions i had. Nice location a few minutes walk from the beach. Food and shopping were just around the corner. Safe building with a doorman to buzz you in and out 24 hrs. It’s a recommend from me.

Uma estadia maravilhosa. Apto limpo e bem localizado ( próximo a metrô, farmácia, restaurante, supermercado e praia ). O Sr. Roberto um excelente anfitrião, atencioso e cordial. Superou as expectativas.

Apartamento bem localizado , roupas de cama limpas e novas , moveis bem cuidados , TV e internet , ar condicionado e tomadas tudo funcionando. Cozinha com todos utensilios limpos , novos como fogão , geladeira e pia . O proprietario é pontual e correto na negociação. Só tenho a reclamar do banheiro , bem apertado tanto o espaço do vaso sanitario e também o box do banheiro. A pia do banheiro bem pequena também, mas o sr Roberto me disse que estaria dando uma solução para este problema . Mas recomendo e com certeza em uma proxima oportunidade de voltar ao Rio entrarei em contato para ficar neste imovel.
