Bungalow with private pool available for vacation rental, located in the area of Barrio Nuevo/El Colorado, about eight kilometers from the town of Conil de la Frontera.
Maximum capacity is for five people.
This accommodation is divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower panel and shower screen and a living-dining room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is open and integrated into the living room and is well equipped. It has air conditioning and private parking.
It is ideal for spending a very good day in its private pool, sunbathing on the sun loungers in the garden area, where there is a built-in barbecue and a glass-enclosed porch with outdoor furniture.
Pets are allowed on request and with a supplement.
In the surroundings there are different local businesses, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, Carrefour Express supermarket. The closest beach to this bungalow is the well-known beach or cove of Roche, which is about six kilometers away, about 10-12 minutes
