Artas, which enhances the "stone" with its gentle nuances, is located in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, an outbuilding of an 18th century stately building, a few steps from the most important archaeological sites of the city (Cathedral and Piazza Sant'Oronzo ) and well connected to public services (railway station).
The Artas two-room apartment offers its guests maximum privacy and every comfort for a pleasant stay between silence and nightlife.
The Salento architectural style with vaulted ceilings combines perfectly with modern hotel-type solutions, while guaranteeing its customers the services of a finely furnished apartment for their exclusive use.
The apartment of about 70m2 consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (double), bathroom with shower and two outdoor spaces: an internal terrace set up for breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a large terrace above the apartment equipped as a solarium which can be reached by an internal staircase.
The last renovation dates back to February 2023.
- Throughout the apartment there is a free 24h flat wi-fi internet line.
- The house is supplied with bed linen and towels included in the price.
- There is a courtesy line included in the price (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper).
- There is a box corner with information material, local tourist books and magazines and indications of partner bars and restaurants.
Guests will be guaranteed a cleaning and sanitizing system of the property upon their arrival. To guarantee the healthiness of the house, check-ins will be done outside so that customers will be the only ones to take possession of the house.
If, on the other hand, you want to carry out the self-check-in, upon notification at the time of booking, a specific communication will be sent with all the information necessary to take possession of the house.
Self-check-in will always be active outside the check-in times and on public holidays.
Among the extras, guests can choose upon their arrival between:

- daily cleaning
- breakfast in one of the affiliated and renowned cafes of Lecce located a few meters from the apartment
- transfer from/to Brindisi airport.
