Fabulous villa with private pool and excellent views.
Beautiful villa situated on a large private plot with excellent views of the Gavarres National Park and just a few minutes' drive from the town of Calonge. An excellent property for somebody looking for privacy, space, nature and tranquillity, but close enough to all services.
The house has two floors and a constructed area of 270 m2.
On the main floor we find the living and dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The upper floor consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside we find the beautiful garden full of trees and plants, a sunny swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and a fantastic covered terrace with dining room, summer kitchen and barbecue where you will enjoy unforgettable moments.
You can park your car on the plot.

THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
The air-conditioning is available in the living room and each bedroom
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
Air conditioning optional, extra charge applies ( €21.43 per day )

All in all I found the best rental house in the area we wanted on Club Villamar website and prizes are sometimes okay too :)

We loved our stay and would love to come back. Whole family loved the pool and the outside area. We didn´t leave the accommodation for days. If the house was ours we would only change the kitchen and upstairs bathroom(maybe) :)
Outside area is amazing, the pool is amazing. Inside is older but functional. Kitchen could use an upgrade but functional. It was as expected. Bedrooms downstairs nice sized and practical for teenagers. Upstairs nice parent bedroomsuite and small balcony, we loved it.

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt auf einem Hügel, mitten in der Natur und das Grundstück ist nahezu uneinsehbar, es grenzt an ein Waldgebiet. Der Garten ist geschmackvoll angelegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool ist einfach nur schön und relativ groß, der Poolservice fand regelmäßig statt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt viel Platz für 8 Personen. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr großzügig, dort finden alle Platz. Ein großer, überdachter Essbereich, sehr luftig und angenehm, dazu gibt es eine Outdoor Küche und noch einmal vor dem Haus eine ebenfalls sehr große Terrasse, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Schön ist auch das Zimmer und Badezimmer im ersten OG. Ein kleiner Balkon, auf dem steht die Waschmaschine. Ein großes Bad und nochmals Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für unsere Tochter hat es etwas mehr Ruhe bedeutet oben zu schlafen. Alles in allem war es für uns fantastisch schön und wir haben alles sehr genossen.
Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es schon, nämlich die Wildschweine. Man darf nicht vergessen, man ist mitten in der Natur und die Wildschweine finden den Garten auch sehr schön. Ebenso bei den Nachbarn. Das Grundstück ist fast ganz eingezäunt, mehrere Löcher im Zaun wurden am selben Tag auf unser Bitten verschlossen, der dahinterliegende elektronische Zaun überprüft, ein sehr guter Service! Doch die Wildschweine fanden abends und nachts auf unser Grundstück. Für uns wäre das sicherlich nicht so ein Problem gewesen, sie sind relativ scheu und verschwinden erstmal, wenn man in die Hände klatscht, was wir bei unseren Nachbarn abends auch hören konnten, für unseren Hund, einen Labrador, war es purer Stress. Obwohl sie kein Jagdhund ist, konnte sie das Rascheln im Wald, der direkt an das Grundstück angrenzt, und die Sichtung der Wildschweine nicht ertragen und hat häufig gebellt und war sehr aufgeregt. Es waren auch Bachen mit ihren Frischlingen im Garten, deshalb mussten wir abends unseren Hund anleinen, sonst wäre es unter Umständen sehr gefährlich geworden . Der Service vor Ort, war sehr schnell und bemüht. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der perfekte Ort um sich so richtig zu erholen.
