Grandview #207 -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great location walking distance from everything downtown Chelan

I was happy to find a room over Labor Day and was not excepting perfection. Location was great but room was pretty beat up and had a heavy odor of strong cleaning supplies.
