Cozy Retreat Near Riverwalk Park: Discover this compact cottage conveniently located steps away from Riverwalk Park and the scenic Riverwalk Loop trail. It's your ideal starting point for all the adventures in the Chelan valley.

Family and Pet-Friendly: The small grassy yard is perfect for your kids and dogs to play, and after a fun day in town or at the lake you can grill your favorite meal on the electric BBQ. This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is partially fenced.)
The Riverwalk 2 House can be rented alone or in combination with the larger 5 bedroom/3 bathroom Riverwalk 1 rambler-style main house (with approximately 3000 square feet of space between both units) located on the same property.
Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

It was a great value and perfect for our dog with tile floors and fenced yard. Our dog could have snuck through the bars on the decorative fence, but chose not to. We loved being so close to town and the Riverwalk (the loop around both bridges is a nice 2-mile walk). The front of the house is on a busy road. With thick walls and windows closed the noise was not a problem.The duplex is shared with a larger, nicely appointed home that faces the side road. We have our eye on that for our next visit with a larger group.We will be back.

This place is clean with easy access to everything Chelan. The beds and pillows are not the best but they work... Id stay here again

The only downside was the check out procedure that was emailed after we already checked it and stayed a night. You need to do most of your own housekeeping...
