A comfy place to stay, but lacking light and sight can be depressing. Good public transport at hand.

Very complete equipment, modern and superclean! A lot of seats and space, quiet place to stay although it is on a busy road. Great spot for travellers in need of public transport to Roubaix or Lille as a fast and reliable tramway is at 5 minutes walk. Same distance to good restaurant Valentina, at the tram stop, which was recommended by hostess.

Access by the side of the owner's house is rather poor, with two, sometimes three cars and a motorbike parked in the way. Doorbell did not work, door to appartment and gate to the street are hard to maneuver because they grasp. Not a place for rainy or cold holidays: from the inside you cannot appreciate much nature, as the living room window gives out on the two-story 'sun deck'. The garden is behind a blind wall. Outside aspect is a bit rundown, but inside it is neat and comfy. Bad point: water does not entirely evacuate from the shower floor and a cold puddle remains, to step into - or over.

Unfortunately the was a very heavy septic tank smell in the main bedroom through, smelt like sleeping in a just used toilet - not very romantic!

Le logement était très agréable. Le calme du fond de l’allée était très reposant. Et le chat pas si désagréable, finalement.

Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de place de stationnement réservée pour la voiture. Cependant, il y a toujours eu de la place dans la rue et à proximité.

A fuir absolument

Rien

L'accès impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Patios impraticable à cause d'un arbre fruitier. Appartement jonché de toiles d'araignées, literie avec brûlures de cigarettes, lit d'appoint trop petit pour un adulte, parquet douche, pourri et le top, propriétaire absente et malhonnête. De plus n'y allé pas en voiture parce que comme noté aussi dans l'annonce, il n'y en a pas et dans la rue, très compliqué. Pas de bouteille d'eau, alors que nous sommes en période de canicule. Machine à café filtre mais pareil, pas de café. Donc un appartement où nous n'avons pas pu rester et n'avons eu aucun dédommagements. 218€ pour 2 nuits avec déjà pas de petit déjeuner et même pas l'effort d'un minimum.

Déçue malgré la bonne volonté de la propriétaire

La proximité du tram pour Lille et Roubaix. Quartier calme. Confort de la literie de la grande chambre. Appartement spacieux et beau jardin pour l été

Maison pas bien entretenue moisissures car non chauffée en permanence, prises électriques ne tiennent pas au mur. 2e chambre pas de fenêtre et lit petit pour un adulte. Douche aurait besoin de travaux. Présence de mites. Canapé odeur de pisse de chat et poils incrustés dans le tapis. J ai dû faire un peu de ménage en arrivant.

La literie et l'emplacement.

Une odeur d'humidité et de renfermé très présente dans le salon et la salle de bain. Le sol inégal de la douche à l'italienne permet à l'eau de stagner. L'obscurité et le froid dus au manque de lumière naturelle.

Ik vind het wat onpersoonlijk als de host je niet heel even ontvangt, terwijl je vooraf wel berichten hebt uitgewisseld. En het was een verrassing dat de poort ‘s nachts dicht ging, en met de sleutel van het appartement moest worden geopend. Verder alles ok.

Bel emplacement et bonne déco mais hôte pas très serviable ni prévoyant, et chauffage défficient.

Bon emplacement, belle décoration.

Pas de drap ni de couvre lit prévu pour le lit bébé, qui n'était pas prêt alors que j'en avais fait la demande spécifique. Quand j'en ai fait la demande, l'hôte m'a répondu qu'elle "pouvait me dépanner" avec une mini couette (taille d'un oreiller) et un couvre lit. Pas de couverture ou de couettes supplémentaires à disposition dans le logement. Par ailleurs, le chauffage n'est pas assez puissant que pour chauffer la maison et rendre la température agréable.

De sauna was super tof! Locatie was goed, je kon alles gemakkelijk bereiken met de tram/ bus. Het was een zeer ruime kamer.

Er kwam niet heel veel zonlicht in de kamer waardoor we veel de lichten aan moesten laten.
