parking and parking that’s the biggest issue we bought 2 parking passes but it was hard to park my mid size suv and not enough space for the extra plus the other tenant and please update the washing machine and dyer and the beds..

It was awesome and very simple.

the screen door on the front porch needed replacing, and the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly

The location was great. We could bring our dogs. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Having a washer and dryer was amazing. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The lady that helped us was really nice. The floors, counters, and bathroom were clean. No bugs. No mold.

We were "upgraded" to another unit. It was probably really nice at one point, however it now looks pretty rough. It was end of season and maybe we stayed before they had time to make the necessary repairs and much-needed maintenance. There was a large hole in the center cushion of the couch. There was a hole in the wall of the bedroom we didn't use. The oven wouldn't close completely, so the oven light stayed on all the time. The toilet had to be plunged every other time and it also kept running no matter what we did. The patio loveseat was on top of bricks where the legs were broken but then, the seats to it had collapsed.. There was dust covering the top of the refrigerator. We purchased a linen package which the towels left much to be desired. The refrigerator was not level and would rock back and forth when you closed it. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and difficult to turn off. The bathroom faucet was loose and would bang against the sink basin every time you turned it off. Parking was not very good. There was one space designated for our unit but it left about 2 feet of the back of our van literally in the street. I promise. No exaggeration. The patio screen was separated from its frame in one place and there was a large hole cut in another place. There was something splashed on the patio wall that looked like tobacco and spit. I did read other reviews but I thought I would give them a chance. I mean, the photos look so nice. Like I said...when those photos were taken, the unit was very nice. However, now, the unit has been through it and could use a bit of TLC.
