close to the beach and pet friendly..
parking and parking that’s the biggest issue we bought 2 parking passes but it was hard to park my mid size suv and not enough space for the extra plus the other tenant and please update the washing machine and dyer and the beds..

the condo was very clean and comfortable
the screen door on the front porch needed replacing, and the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly

It’s a very nice location, close to the beach and very cute with a lot of potential. The price felt fair for the amount of time we stayed. The grill was a nice touch and we enjoyed the screened in porch. You can have a very nice time here.
We had quite a few issues as soon as we arrived. The door code wasn’t correct, the beds hadn’t been cleaned or changed. The washer machine didn’t work. We emailed the property manager and she did take care of all the issues the next day. That’s why we are leaving a little bit better of a review. If she hadn’t fixed the issues, this would sound a lot different. She had someone come out the next day and bring new appliances and furniture and bedding and we really appreciated that. The location is nice and you can have a lot of fun there. The mattress are horrible and need to be changed that would help a lot.
