I have been staying here most times when in Jakarta due to the easy access to public transport such as Transjakarta and the MRT. Supermarket and some places to eat surrounds the premises for your choice. McD's is just walking distance as well.
The aircon setting, could take a long while for the room to cool up.

Liked that the MRT station is just a few mins walk away with the convenience of a supermarket just next door. Great for solo travellers as the room is expected to be basic for the price.
Depending on the location of the room, you might get a room that you can hear the traffic and the loud exhaust motorcycles passing by.

The staff were really friendly (they don't speak english [and i don't speak indonesian], but we managed)
The WiFi worked pretty well.
The A/C was pretty decent.
The location is pretty good, lots of food around, a convenience store, and a small mall.
The price seemed pretty good for what was on offer
Could definitely have been cleaned a bit better, there was dust in the cubbies and under the bed.
It had an ?old person? smell, which I think is intentional but was very overpowering.
It seems to be a non-smoking establishment, but that doesn't stop people from smoking
