About this apartment rental

A beautiful home with direct access to the beach, gardens, and a private pool right by the sea, located in a very quiet area surrounded by amenities, in the center of Roquetas, next to the shopping center, the theater, movie theaters, the marina, etc. Very well-equipped, with a master bedroom featuring a double bed and another bedroom with two 90-cm beds. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, and living room. Large terrace with a sea view and a south-facing orientation; very sunny. Underground parking space; residential complex with large common areas. It has been rented out for the past 7 years, and we are now making it available again for vacation rentals; it is in impeccable condition.
The pool is open only from June 15 through September 15.

Very nicely located beach apartment, had everything you could wish for regarding appliances. Only negative point was swimming pool only opens on high season, but tbh we were very near the sea.

Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi. Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would have struggled

This property is fantasticly situated on front line beach with a lovely pool area.It is close to several tapas bars and a huge Carrefour supermarket.you need to speak a bit of Spanish to get by.
