The bedroom was clean and had everything you need. There were lots of books in reception about Bergen.
It was a long walk into the centre of Bergen. Breakfast on Saturday was chaotic! It didn’t open until 8 am and then there was a big queue to get food. The system for getting food was not very organised.

Hotel is nice and clean. Bed is confortable, room had a good wi fi and AC. I enjoyed the room.
No tv in room. Staff is hard to find. Breakfast ran out of food when i got there had to get a refund. They seem to have an issue with lack of personnel. I had to wait 10 minutes to find an employee to complain about breakfast. Had to wait another 15 to find someone at reception about the same problem and get the refund.
