Very good location for local amenities. Incredibly quiet considering it’s close proximity to other houses.

The pool was very cold, but doesn’t get a lot of sun as it’s in a built-up area and there are high walls around it

Beautifully decorated villa with interesting architecture in a quiet location with quick and easy access by car to all areas of Maspalomas. Beautiful tiling and wood finishes throughout the property. Water park and Palmitos park are 10 mins away by car. Excellent location for access to the mountains by bicycle for intense road or mountain bike cycling. Great private courtyard pool which our children loved. The host met us to give us the keys and show us the property and was very friendly and helpful.

Opposite side of town from beach, so transport is necessary, but we were aware of this when we booked.

I "WE ALL" have enjoyed the whole structure of the house! A very comfortable living room with a huge 100" TV including all kinds of programs (Netflix) and wifi (also in the upper floors) An exlusive furnished kitchen! Dishwasher, Washingmachine, Dryer, Several Terraces and a simply WONDERFUL pool, including all comfort also around the pool. Parking in front of the house, also supermarket close by 150m. The Blue House is situated in a residence area, close to the GC1 but in the same time VERY VERY quite - absolutely NO noice and NO disturbance! Nothing missing!
