Securities at the front are very helpful and friendly...
As we approached the front desk.. she arent approchable sending us from west desk to east back and forth. Same thing happened in the morning when we returned the key. First we went at the east entrance to return the card then they sent us to west to returned the key afterwards they said to bring the key to "the mailbox" due to that we misssed our uber and we had to pay a 'no show' penalty to the uber company. On the other hand we had a huge respect to the securities on this hotel.
