About this apartment rental
Casanou is a 3 bedroom apartment right on the renowned beach of Trou Aux Biches for rental. The apartment is 100 m2 and situated on the first floor of a large villa right on the beach. Its independent entrance is from a first floor balcony at the rear, which is accessed via a few steps. Glass sliding doors lead from the lounge onto a covered terrace with panoramic 180 degree views of the sea and the beach. The apartment is next to Villa Les Charmilles, Villa Patricia, Villa Joelle, Villa Gerbera and Corinne’s Bungalow.
Casanou Accommodation
Casanou has 3 bedrooms and an open plan lounge cum dining area and fully equipped kitchen. With 3 bedrooms with a double bed, it sleeps 3 couples. There is also a large cot is in the main bedroom upstairs. An extra foam mattress can also be used for a child if necessary.
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and one is also fitted with a ceiling fan. 2 separate toilets (one en-suite to main bedroom) & a separate shower room.
An electronic alarm system with response is also there for your security. You will be given your guest code so that you may alarm the apartment when going out and at night. The balcony balustrades have been reinforced with wire-mesh netting for child security. This balcony is closed off at night with retractable steel security door.
The back door which is the only point of entry to the apartment is also fitted with a retractable security door so that the door can be left open to allow the flow of fresh air.

Perfekte Location, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit ganz viel Charme. Einfach auf dem Balkon sitzen, die Brise über dem Indischen Ozean genießen. Schnorcheln, Abendspaziergang - alles direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr entspannte Umgebung, Supermarkt, der alles Nötige hat, direkt gegenüber. Für entspanntes Chillen einfach perfekt.

Appartment direkt am Strand mit gigantischem Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Durch die Westausrichtung sitzt man beim Sonnenuntergang in der ersten Reihe. Schnorcheln direkt möglich mit vielen kleinen und grösseren "Aquarien".
Das Appartment ist sauber und wird täglich von der netten, aufmerksamen Laura gepflegt. Direkt gegenüber der Anlage befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, in näherer Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants. Sollten wir Mauritius wieder besuchen (Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch), werden wir dieses Appartment in jedem Fall wieder mit in die Auswahl mit einbeziehen! Vielen Dank!

The maid is lovely and will happily cook Mauritian food if you ask her. She comes and cleans almost everyday so it’s a real treat and a lovely holiday. Was a bit of a mix up when we arrived but all was solved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. You can enjoy the view from the shade of the terrace when it gets hot or you’re having your lunch!!

Un appartement les pieds dans l'eau, une terrasse donnant sur une plage de rêve, sable fin, lagon turquoise, cocotier et soleil.
Le propriétaire est adorable et serviable. La femme de ménage est une excellente cuisinière. Nous sommes enchantés des deux semaines passées sur place. Allez y les yeux fermés.
