Die Lage inmitten der Bananenplantage, Blick auf Teide und Meer (nur von der oberen Terrasse sieht man beides). Vogelzwitschern zum Frühstück, wunderschöner Garten vom Vermieter sehr gepflegt. Willkommen sehr herzlich auf Englisch und Spanisch mit Obstkorb usw, danach herrliche Ruhe.

Die obere Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Meer- und Bergblick. Die anderen Wohnungen blicken glaube ich mehr auf den hübschen Pool und den Berg.

It is a beautiful location with a wonderful view of the sea and, in the distance, Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment was big enough for two people and relatively well-equipped. The owners kindly provided us with water, cheese and fruit on our arrival. They were also quick to respond to any of our requests.

The heating was out of action the whole time, and given the generally chilly weather, we needed it. However, as soon as we asked, the owners provided an electric radiator which did the job – at least when it didn't overload the electricity system and trip the fuse. The apartment was advertised as having a heated pool. Technically that is true, but it is solar heating. The pool was unusable while we were there. It is also advertised as being near a beach. Geographically that is true. Actually, it's not very accessible. Basically, the North West Tenerife microclimate isn't suitable for anyone wanting a warm winter break. It gets the Trade Winds so is frequently cloudy and wet. Given the area's natural beauty, it would be wonderful nine or ten months of the year – not in January, though. That was our mistake...and is not a criticism of the apartment.... I assumed it would be like Gomera but it certainly isn't.

L'exiguite de l'appartement no. 4, moins de 30 m2 alors que presente sur l'annonce a 50m2 Presence phosphorescente du plafonnier au-dessus du lit toute la nuit, tres genante pour le sommeil, signalee mais sans reaction de la part du proprietaire Places de parking insuffisantes devant la propriete (4) pour 5 appartements, vu l'etroitesse de l'acces du chemin Presence de petits vers noirs au sol de la cuisine et de la salle de bains Reaction incomprehensible et offensante de leur agence gestionnaire, Suite au probleme d'evacuation des eaux usees, alors que nous avons fait preuve de patience, comprehension et meme empathie (voir rapport particulier a Booking.).
