Gostamos absolutamente de tudo, começando pela decoração, confortável, estacionamento gratuito nas proximidades, equipado, água, café, vinho, pasta, tudo o que você pode precisar . Única observação se você tem restrição física, considerar 1 lance de escada para o acesso ao primeiro piso do apartamento e outro lance de escada íngreme para o acesso da excelente cozinha e terraço com vista de 360°! Anfitrião profissional, cordial , sempre prestativo 😀

The property was beautiful and spacious, quirky design with different levels and sun decks. Antonio was the perfect host, available and so helpful. We found it a little difficult to find but he guided us and had a car space ready. Quiet and comfortable

Nothing but there are many stairs including internal ones to the kitchen so if you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. My sister had a broken arm and poor balance but managed well!! Also the double bed has a curtain separating it from the living area- may be an issue for 2 couples and privacy, one there and one in separate room with twin beds

Everything! Antonio was a great host, let us check in early. met us at the apartment. Showed us around the apartment and showed us all the facilities. Antonio's communication before and during our stay was outstanding. He sent links, via WhatsApp, showing us where the nearest supermarket was (4 minute walk) and excellent recommendations for cafe's, bars and restaurants. The layout was quirky and very sweet, with lovely decor. A particular highlight for us was private balcony and sunny private roof terrace. We were surprised and delighted by the welcome gifts and enjoyed cooking the pasta in the fully equipped kitchen one evening, with a lovely bottled of wine. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Filomena is a wonderful house located in the city center approx. 15 minutes walking distance to the heart of the historical center of Ostuni and most restaurants. It consists of a living room with a bed room annex for 2 persons, separate bed room for 2 persons, and couch in the living room for next 2 persons. Up to 6 persons may comfortably stay in the house. There is a kitchen upstairs, comfortable for preparations the meals, bathroom and very nice 2 levels terrace on the roof. The house does not have own parking slot, but we always managed to find a parking place nearby. In the peak of season it might not be easy. The house was equipped in literally everything incl. tooth paste and tooth brushes, 4 types of shower gel etc. As we arrived late evening a package of pasta was a really nice gift (thank you). Antonio was a great host and his recommendations regarding very good bakery, restaurants, or travel destinations were always top. When you are in town dont even ask tourist information, Antonio’s hints are always great. When I will go to Ostuni next time, will definitely contact Antonio.
