Great host, great room, kitchen & bathroom

Very cute little B&B with a shared bathroom (basically it's a 3 bedroom apartment in a regular apartment building).
The host Michela is very nice.
Free parking outside.
Some breakfast offered.

Very nice hotel of B&B type. The experience was very good:
1. Amazing, kind and attentive host.
2. Perfect location to do your shopping in the famous outlet located 5 minutes way by car and around 20 minutes walk.
3. Very clean and comfortable apartment.
4. Kitchen is very conveniently organized, very nice breakfast.
5. The host spoils its guests with super tasty cakes and cookies. Three types of coffee, tea, juices, fruits.
6. There are restaurants around the corner of the hotel.
7. Supermarket is 7 minutes walk away from the hotel.
8. Didn’t have any issues with shared bathroom as I was the only guests during my stay, but one bathroom for two rooms should not be an issue.
One says soundproofing is not perfect, but I noticed it’s almost everywhere in Italy. So, have to accept it
