Good location close to subway

Stairs were a bit tight, drying machine wont work properly

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Based on our personal stay, here’s what you should know: I. About the House 🏠 1. The house was exceptionally clean — including the beds, linens, pillowcases, towels, and every part of the rooms. It wasn’t dusty at all and truly exceeded my expectations. 2. All three bedrooms are very spacious. Each room has two queen-size beds, yet there’s still plenty of space to move around comfortably. 3. For our 2-night stay, they provided more than enough towels — we didn’t even get to use them all. 4. The house is equipped with very useful appliances such as a microwave, TV, and more, which made our stay very convenient. 5. We didn’t request it, but they even had a stroller available. Since we have a 3-year-old child, this was incredibly helpful. It really shows how thoughtful the owner is. 6. They also provided umbrellas, which came in handy on a rainy day. 7. All the air conditioning and heating units worked perfectly. We stayed during winter, and the heating kept us very comfortable. House layout and facilities: • 1 separate toilet room on the 1st floor • 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor • 3 large bedrooms (1 on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor) • Washing machine and coin-operated dryer • Living and dining area on the 1st floor II. About the Location 📍 1. The location is great — just about a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station. There’s a convenience store right outside the station exit, which is very convenient. 2. The only downside is that Exit 3 (the closest exit) does not have an escalator or elevator. There is another exit (Exit 4) with an elevator, but it’s about an additional 3–5 minutes walk. So if you’re carrying heavy luggage, it may require a bit more effort. 3. The house is very easy to find if you follow the host’s directions. III. Communication with the Host 💬 1. They respond quickly through the booking app. 2. You can really feel that they genuinely try to be helpful in their replies.

IV. Suggestion for Improvement 💡 If there’s one thing I could suggest: 1. It would be perfect if they could provide a properly functioning weighing scale. It would be very helpful for travelers who need to check their luggage weight before heading to the airport. There is a weighing scale available, but unfortunately, it seems to be faulty. V. Would I Stay Here Again? Definitely yes. The place is affordable, clean, and maintains a very good standard of accommodation. I truly hope they continue offering great value without becoming overpriced in the future.

Very big for Japan - kids loved upstairs rooms

No baggage holding but we new this in advance so ok. Check out is exactly on 10am - cleaner waits outside till 10am - very prompt

The location is very nice. It was near the grocery store, some cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was quite spacious for 6 people. I think it could accommodate up to 10-12 guests. Appliances like AC/Heater, portable heater, fridge, washer, dryer, electric kettle, and microwave are readily available in the apartment. Be sure to prepare coins for the dryer as it coin operated. They also have hair dryers and towels for guests. It is nice and quiet in the area, as it is slightly away from the tourist spots, though attractions are walkable from the apartment. Also, the train station is about a 2-minute walk.

We noticed that the AC heater takes time to heat the rooms, but we appreciate the portable heaters that were provided.
