The location next to the hospital Virgen del Rocio is super convenient if you go for surgery/appointments there. Also great to get to the city center, 2 buses or just walk to parque Maria Luisa. The flat is nice,modern and have all you need. Self check-in. Great communication with Esmeralda,replied to my questions really fast. As soon you make the booking you get an email from her and on the same day of the check-in you'll receive the instructions on how to do it. We wre on the deluxe apartment 202. All rooms have aircond and the nice terrace is nice to sit in the evenings.

These aren't negative things but things you should be aware of : - No parking. There is plenty of street parking behind and side roads to the flat (bue line,paid. try not to park in the Bami area better closer to the city center). During August it's easy to find a place. The rest of the year is busy because it is close to the hospital,so if you find a place I recommend you to park and use public transport or you use the expensive garages in the area. - Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Flat by the road.

It had everything I needed. The biscuits and cakes are a nice touch.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very cozy. We were very impressed overall and would highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was of a very high standard, and the atmosphere made us feel comfortable from the very beginning.
