About this house rental
Villa with private garden just 10 meters from the sea! A super privileged position to fully enjoy the sea and beach clubs without using a car or public transport. Very quiet neighborhood with many services such as market, pizzerias, restaurants and bars. The accommodation just a few steps from the Poetto beach, is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with private garden and independent entrance. House renovated in February 2018 composed of living room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchenette overlooking the garden, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. In the Poetto beach adjacent to the house you will find sunbeds and umbrellas for hire as well as numerous kiosks where you can eat typical Sardinian products or enjoy an aperitif at sunset.

J'ai hésité à louer un appartement au centre de Cagliari ou à proximité de la plage (on ne peut pas avoir les 2 à Cagliari), et j'ai choisi celui-ci à proximité de la plage. Je ne regrette pas ce choix.
L'appartement est très bien situé : vous êtes tout de suite à la plage, vous pouvez y aller en serviette ou en paréo (il suffit de tourner à l'angle de rue et de traverser la route). Très bien desservi en bus (à l'angle de la rue), 3 ou 4 lignes différentes qui vont pratiquement toutes au même endroit vous permettent de rejoindre le supermarché en 2 minutes ou le centre de Cagliari en 15 minutes.
L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, on s'y s'en bien. Il y a une terrasse. La maman de Carlo habite au dessus. C'est elle qui nous a accueillis. Très gentille. Je n'ai pas vu Carlo mais il a été très disponible par message et je l'en remercie.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Poetto Beach. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett und die Couch sind etwas hart, nach der 2 Nacht merkt man es aber gar nicht mehr.
Bis in die Innenstadt sind es zwar 8 km aber die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Bus fährt man dann ca. 20 min

Carlo communicated with us efficiently throughout the process of booking, checking in and checking out. Sabrina was generous enough to allow us to leave our bags at the house prior to the check-in time, we'd arrived at 12.30, check in is officially 16.00. Carlo also texted us during our stay to ensure that everything was okay and to ask whether we needed anything. The property has everything that you need for a relaxing stay with the option of being able to sit and dine outdoors in the small garden area. The house is located very close to Poetto beach and you are not disturbed by traffic noise. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1km away and the bus stop into Cagliari is just around the corner from the house, buses are frequent. My only minor criticism is that the double bed is small (I weigh approximately 57kg and my partner 80kg) it doesn't appear to be a standard double bed size, so it can be a bit of a tight squeeze. Take mosquito repellent if visiting in June!!. I would however recommend this house for a relaxing week at Poetto
