About this cabin rental
This is an all log home inside an out, with a massive back yard with mature landscaping also has a beautiful 5 seat hot tub with speakers on the back deck which give you a pleasant countryside view, a private location in amish country, The inside is designed to give you that log cabin feel, with a gorgeous wood-burning stone fireplace, leather sofas, all log beds, bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and bedroom#2 has a full bunk bed which can sleep 4 and bedroom #3 has a full bed with a room divider and a twin bed perfect for couple with small child.....a unique game room with a large pool table, Its a fully furnished kitchen coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, ect and washer and dryer, also has free wifi, Has an enjoyable back deck with grill for any type of grilling needs, Its close to Welsh mountain park and Money rocks country park, so you will not have to go far for some great hiking, also not for from shady maple smorgasbord ...9.7 miles of driving through Amish Country to the town of Intercourse where Kitchen Kettle is located and many other awesome locations!!!!

The property was cute, well kept and very well supplied with things needed that some other places don't include. For example, there was toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and cloths, etc. everything we needed was there. House and the yard were nice and well kept.Our only concern was that we were there on a cold rainy weekend in May, and the house was always cold. Temperature inside was 62 degrees and we could not get it too much above that. The split heaters didn't warm the place up enough. Also, instructions should be included in how to handle the remote in order to be sure we were on the right setting.Communication was ok. We moved the stay back a day (with same number of days) and the fee went up. I asked why twice and did not receive a response. We were also charged for another person, but when I responded, the charge was credited back to us which we appreciated.Finally, just a suggestion. The house sleeps 7-9 people (we had 7) but there only 5 places to sit in the family room off the kitchen. Perhaps mount the tv on the wall and remove the furniture under it and the desk in the corner to free up a space for a chair or two. Luckily we had a couple of teens who sat on the floor.

Nice quiet relaxing environment. We had a very enjoyable time with our dogs as there was a really large sized yard w/ both sun and shade. Would definitely stay again.
