The apartment is located in Garda Resort Village, which is probably the most complete resort at Lake Garda.
In addition to spacious apartments distributed over 180.000 mq2 of total area, there are many facilities, such as large swimming pools and a large sports area with restaurant - pizzeria and bar.
The resort is located in a strategic position very close to the A4 highway, which connects Milan and Venice, making a visit to the major Italian cities easy.
Peschiera del Garda is only 1,5 km away, while the distance to Sirmione is 3km.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower or bathtub, a living with a modern well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, dining area and double sofa bed ideal for 2 kids. Big furnished terrace. Garden view. All our apartments have TV, washing machine, coffeemaker, electric kettle and oven or microwave. All the apartments are equipped with air-condition and heating system. The apartments' terrace faces a beautiful private garden and is equipped with table and chairs and a private barbecue. We recommend this apartment to those who prefer a more quiet area and the private garden (ideal for smaller children).
The apartment has a reserved covered parking nearby the apartment, and access to the resort is regulated by a concierge on duty 24 hours a day.
