About this apartment rental
Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.

Everything was wonderful, everything you might need, it was there. BUT, for us the mattresses were not working. Peter too long for twin beds, and i woke with a bad back. Mike, the mgr, was jusr great, location close to everything we wanted, neighbods friendly.

Property is well equipped and in a beautiful location. The lanai and condo deck are great places to spend time relaxing. Pool was warm and clean. The canal is beautiful.With a little sprucing up this place is a solid five star stay. Communication with the owner was top notch.
