Palau Maisonettes is a two-story house on the same property, recently renovated. The Lentiscus apartment is a three-room apartment located on the first floor and was completely renovated and enlarged in the spring of May 2018, which comfortably accommodates 4 people plus 2. It features two bedrooms, one large double with a four-door wardrobe, a smaller one with two single beds and two-door wardrobe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with induction hob (Hotpint Ariston), multifunctional oven (Bosch), dishwasher (Indesit) and large fridge with freezer (Smeg). The washing machine is located at the end of the corridor, in a separate and closed passage. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, extendable table and TV. The terrace, which is accessed from the living room through a large double sliding door, is equipped with a table, chairs and armchairs and is covered by a wooden roof. Free access to Wi-Fi and to a private parking space (suitable for cars no longer than 4.5 m). A free public parking is located 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the center of the village of Palau, about 300/500 meters from the nearest beaches (Palau Vecchio, La Sciumara, Il Faro). In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, rotisserie, bars, restaurants, equipped playground, various shops and the marina. Just three minutes walk from the Nautilus Diving Center. In front of Palau there is the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena, reachable from the port by scheduled ferries (15 minutes), with private boats that offer a tour of the islands or by renting a raft.
