About this villa rental
This Villa, located only 10 minutes drive from Florence, set on the hills just
outside the town, is a perfect holiday house to visit Florence and surrounding areas.
It is an independent part of a 16th century historic village, offering panoramic views on typical Tuscan landscape.
It includes a Main Villa of 350 m2 with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and washing machines, free internet access, fully A/C winter and summer and a Guest House of 45 m2with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchenette.
The major feature is a huge loggia of 50 m2, located in front of living rooms facing the large terracotta paved terrace, typical of antique rural villas.
This large area overlooking the swimming pool and garden is ideal for family reiunions, children playground, and specially nice evening dinners overlooking the gorgious sunset.
The private enclosed garden of 1 500 m2 includes a swimming pool of 12 m x 4,20 m x 1,40 m located in an area of the garden completely enclosed by a steel fence for security reasons.
A football playground is located just outside the enclosed garden and in the middle of the olive grove.
It can be used also for celebrations like anniversaries, marriages, baptism etc
An historic catholic chapel with antique frescoes is part of the property and may be used on demand.
In addition there is the Terratetto,on three floors, adjacent to the Main Villa and accessible from the Villa of approx 120 m2 with private garden composed of 1 large bedroom with bathroom, kitchenette, 1 bathrooms and living Room with 1 convertible sofa.

Property was as described (and in fact the pool was even better than the pictures!) Check in with the guardian of the property was very straightforward. Slight issue with aircon in one of the rooms but this was resolved by an engineer. Rita also provided some recommendations that were excellent, particularly the chef who cooked on our final night.

Perfect house for family's gathering. Easy assess to Florence, great patio for dining and the pool 10 out of 10. 13 people from age 2 to 65 and everyone had great time and memories.

My family and I stayed the week at the lovely villa in Oleandro. The property was beautiful and a perfect location to explore Florence and the surrounding Tuscan countryside! The villa is remote with typical narrow roads, but unique in that it is part of a smaller community with an old chapel and is surrounded by olive groves. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every afternoon and ate family dinners on the serene patio where we could enjoy the amazing Tuscan sunset. Rita, the property owner was very helpful and responsive and Marisol the caretaker was readily available to assist and answer any of our questions. We would happily return to this beautiful property in the future.

We rented this villa for a week in July 2014, for four adults and 2 children. The villa is great, and just as the pictures described. The kids loved the pool and the outside terrace with the table was great for dinners and nighttime cocktails watching the sun set over the hills. The location was perfect - 10 km from Florence and closer to Imprunetta, which was a nice little town with good restaurants. The house is very large, as we had a spare bedroom we did not use as well as the guesthouse by the pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful, as well as the local housekeeper. We would definitley recommend this villa. Thanks - Jon, Chicago, USA
