Ideal for small groups or families looking for somewhere near the pistes. Grand sure lift is a 1 minute walk away, or the telecentre is 3 minutes if you’re talking absolute beginners to ski school.Skiing back in was a little tricky by the end of the week because of a week of sunshine.

The appartment had everything we needed and felt welcoming and cosy. One double bed and a double bunk. All the cooking equipment you’ll need. Im giving it 4 stars and not 5 only because we had to make our own beds and there was a towel missing (later replaced). Overall would recommend for sure

We had a wonderful skiing week before Christmas. The apartment has everything you need, the quality of the bed is excellent. The view from the apartment is wonderful. Shops and restaurants are close. You walk 50 metres to start skiing in the morning. The apartment itself is beautiful with nice little details that make you feel at home. Excellent stay!

This apartment had fantastic reviews and it lived up to them! The view was amazing, the apartment had all that was needed and the location was great. It was really quiet but still lots of restaurants, bars and other amenities around the complex. Boulangerie 5min walk away. Telecentre lobster lift(takes you to DMC ski area) and the Alpe Express (takes you to Bergers area) are only 3 mins walk away based at the Tourism Office. For our 3, 5 and 7 year old we found that the Bergers area was best with 3/4 tunnel magic carpets for beginners and also lots of greens and blues. The photos don't show this area but the cloths closet behind the double bedroom was really helpful and stored clothes for our whole family. The other room has a double bed sized bunk bed which fills the whole room giving lots of bed space.

A great apartment for a family of 4. We stayed with two teenagers and it worked wonderfully. Ski in and out to within 100 yards. 200 yards to the ski hire and lift pass place. 6 day pass gives you 2 days in Les Deux Alpes as well which is a nice change if you drive. Fabulous view from the apartment and fully equipped with all you need. Highly recommended.

The apartment was on the top floor with amazing views. There is a lift! Very quiet at night but in easy reach of all restaurants/bars and super market just out off the driveway. Really close to the grand sure chair lift or a couple of minutes walk for the little lobster pots or alpe express to the other areas of resort. The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of storage and hooks and all you need to cook. It was lovely and warm and the shower was great. Only downside were the double bunks the top bunk was practically impossible to get into if you were adult size and very unstable once in there but the kids didn't mind it. A rethink on stabily and access would make this perfect. All round a great stay

The location is great and the unprecedented view of the Alpes from the balcony was stunning. we had heavy snow so almost ski in ski out from the blue piste located close by. There’s a supermarket at the top of the drive (2mins) and also an excellent local restaurant opposite which was superb. The shower was excellent and beds comfortable too. It felt like a home from home. Very relaxing and having 2 lifts never worried about getting to the top floor. We took 2 sledges but there was two there already so had one each! Such fun. Alpe Huez is extremely well connected and nothing felt too far away. As the apartment was so well equipped in the kitchen, we ate in most nights and saved a fortune.!!! We’ve only been back a day and already planning our next visit. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic property for a family of 4. Well located near to slopes - Grand Sure ski lift is essentially next to the property. Clean and well presented apartment with first class views from the balcony. It gets the afternoon sun so nice to sit and enjoy some drinks after a day skiing. Check in and out was really easy - we were met at the property on arrival and communication excellent. Short walk to bars and restaurants nearby - La Cremaillere is well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Fabulous, spacious apartment. We didn’t want to leave some days to go skiing! The view from inside the lounge and bedroom are amazing but from the huge Balcony are even better. Everthing you need is there which you do not find in most rentals. Great location for lifts and also inbeteeen the best two bars smithy’s and underground and great restaurant Edleweiss. Claire was a pleasure to deal with and Anne a lovely host on site! Thanks again to you both a beautiful trip!!!

Great location near the Grand Sure lift and ideal location for all that Alpe has to offer. Parking was easy, access great to property - all arranged locally and owner was very good at communicating. Very nice apartment with all you'd expect or need for a week's skiing and at a great price. We plan to go back in the future.

We had a great stay in Alpe d'Huez. The apartment was well equipped, and comfortable, and just right for our family of 4. The boys loved the double bunk arrangement. The view was simply fabulous, and the location was great too with everything we needed very close by. Anne was there to meet us, and told us all we needed to know and was very welcoming and efficient. We really enjoyed our holiday, and would try to stay here again if we were coming back to Alpe d'Huez. The one thing which would be useful would be better clothes storage in the bedroom, but other than that, everything was great. And there are plenty hooks, which is really helpful.

We have just returned (family of 4) from a weeks stay in Claire's wonderful apartment. The location is exceptional in terms of ease of access to the slopes. You are a very short walk away from 2 lifts up to the Grande Rousse. The apartment is beautifully presented and has all you need for a very comfortable stay. The view is outstanding and it's peaceful, despite being located very close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, ski hire, tourist information etc.) We had an amazing week and would recommend to all.

We arrived at 17:30 and contacted the apartment block manager who met us almost immediately. She showed us to the apartment and gave some local tips on the area. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything you need. We were a party of 4 and the apartment size was just right. I think anything over this and it will feel a bit cramped especially if you have to use the living room for additional sleeping as there isn’t a lot of storage for your clothes. The location is very close to 2 lifts and you can ski/board back to about 25 meters from the apartment off of the village run. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

We spent a great 1 week vacation in this lovely apartment ideally located in the “Old Alps” part of the resort. The apartment is located very close to the slopes (50 meters to the ski lift “La Grande Sure” which goes to the top of the Signal). There are also plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well as a small supermarket. The building was recently renovated and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very nicely decorated with a personal touch which changes from the more standardized apartment you will find in large residence tourism chains. The apartment has a small open room in the entrance with two double bunked beds, a separate room with a double bed and a rather wide living room (sofa can serve as additional bed) with an open kitchen fully equipped (with microwave oven, dish-washer, toaster, waffle maker, raclette and fondue set and even a Nespresso coffee-maker!). The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and has also a washing machine. The owner provides a binder with many information and leaflets on the resort and the internet access is quite fast compared to what we have experienced in other ski resort rentals. The highlight of the he apartment is certainly its large balcony on the top floor of the building where you can comfortably sit in the sun, having apero or lunch/dinner and enjoy a fantastic view on the Alps. We are looking forward to come back to this lovely place for our next stay in Alpe d’Huez!

We loved our stay in such a beautiful apartment - the views were all you could ask for. The kitchen was well equipped meaning we could eat in without any problems and with a much better view than any restaurant, and the other facilities just made the stay that much easier (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi...). The location was brilliant too, only a minute from the nearest ski lift, a couple of minutes from the tourist information centre and no more than 10 minutes to the centre of town. It made our stay so thank you very much for letting us stay and we'd certainly recommend to anyone.

L'appartement est très bien situé, près d'une remontée mécanique (Le télésiège de la Grande Sure), mais aussi du Télécentre qui permet de rejoindre la piscine extérieure, la patinoire et le départ des cours de ski. Nous avons eu un soleil extraordinaire toute la semaine. Le balcon a bien servi. Un vrai plus pour agrandir l'appartement. Nous aurions bien aimé que le prix intègre le ménage de fin de séjour et la location de linge (draps et serviettes). C'est un confort qui est très souvent proposé aujourd'hui et qui facilite bien l'arrivée et le départ, et garantit une propreté impeccable. L'appartement est très bien décoré, très fourni, peut être qu'un petit tri serait néanmoins nécessaire pour laisser de la place dans les placards de la cuisine pour ranger les denrées alimentaires, et sur les meubles pour poser nos affaires. Un beau dressing permet de ranger tous les vêtements de la famille dans la chambre. Un séjour très réussi.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La dame qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa et nous a tout montré. L'appartement est très bien situé (30m d'une remontée mécanique et en plein coeur du quartier Vieil Alpe), bien équipé, neuf et très spacieux pour un appartement de ski. Point positif pour le set de douche Yves Rocher composé de gels douches, crèmes et gel lavant pour les mains. La seule chose que l'on a pu regretter est l'absence de draps/serviettes. Mais à part cela, nous recommandons a 100% cet appartement et nous reviendrons très probablement l'année prochaine. Le domaine est très grand et nous avons eu un temps de rêve ! Merci encore
