About this apartment rental
Cozy cocoon of 38m2 with a contemporary decoration and a warm atmosphere; they offer you quality services for your stay in Alpe d'Huez. Completely renovated.
The 4-star residence is located 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts (Marmotte 1, return to Sarennes the longest black slope in the world of 16km) and all amenities (supermarket, ESF, ski pass, sports and rental shops, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, bars...)

The accommodation
My 38m2 apartment includes
- an entrance
- a mountain area equipped with 3 single beds
- a bathroom equipped with bathtub, towel dryer, vanity unit
- a living room with 2 sofa beds (160cm) for 4 people, dining areas, TV and a kitchen area (equipped with ceramic hob, extractor, refrigerator, microwave/grill oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...)
- a separate toilet
- large dressing room in the corridor leading to the mountain area, the bathroom and the toilets
- a balcony with table and chairs
Traveler access
An outdoor swimming pool heated to 29 degrees and saunas will enhance your stay (free and unlimited access during opening hours from December to April and from July to August; for early and late season rentals, contact me to check the precise opening/closing dates of the pool)
Recycling bin room on each landing near the elevator
Access via lift:
- at the reception and in the restaurant
- at the ski lockers
- Swimming Pool and Saunas
- at the laundromat

Cleaning option: 75€ is to be specified at the time of your reservation if you wish.

We were a group of five adults. We booked the apartment during Tomorrowland and it was quite convenient both for the festival and for going skiing. For 5 people the size is fine. The apartment is quite nice and as described. The shared spa area is quite small and not comparable to a real spa.

Well placed accommodation, near to ski lifts, supermarkets and some of the town's bars and restaurants. Ideal for our family of 4. Pool and saunas a nice extra.
Met by the host for check in even though we arrived at 2130. On booking we hadn't expected to pay extra for bedding and towels but this was clearly explained in the pre arrival email communication, this should've been clearer on VRBO.
We cleaned the apartment ourselves on departure and our deposit was quickly returned via IBAN as we left too early in the morning (0530) to see the host.
Happily return for another week.
