Villa Maria places at your disposal four cozy and well furnished bedrooms with all the comfort of modern life, in addition to the nice pool, barbecue area and the splendid garden, where you can share memorable evenings with family and friends.
Sunbathe at the terrace or plunge in the pool. Recover your energy by relaxing in one of the sunbeds or have fun playing table tennis before dinner is served. Enjoy mother nature as its best !
You will realize during your visit in Villa Maria that the villa has built for the perfect living together of all family members. It is divided up in one ground floor, the entry into the lounge with directly open access to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all devices to make the most of your holiday. From this area you can reach the terrace with a big wooden table to enjoy dinner under the open sky and the fantastic pool,
With your loved ones gather at the commodious entertainment lounge, finely furnished with sofas and armchairs, Where You Could watch all kinds of international broadcasts on the flat-screen TV with satellite signal. Villa Maria enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use.
Passing the lounge you will come to the four nice decorated bedroom. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. For winter time there is a wood stove in the lounge.

Pollensa is just a few minutes drive from the picturesque village, Where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and many traditional shops with typical welcoming ambiance. Puerto Pollensa is just 5 minutes from the Villa, an perfect place to settle back on the beach, practice water sports like kayaking, jet skiing or taking boat to tour. Take a dive a little further to Cala San Vicente for its clear waters.

We really like how clean the house was upon arrival. The best house in term of kitchen utensils, they had everything. Soap in all bathrooms and more. The outside area was amazing. Beds were really comfortable in all rooms. Staff were very helpful and fast responding. Very spacious. Location is good but you need a car. Supermarkets 5 minutes drive.
Definitely much better than Villa plus which we used last year. Greatly recommended.
I normally have something to say, but in this case I was 100% satisfied.

We loved it, great and cozy finca. It is the first time that we spent such a relaxing holiday with our kids. Inside of the villa it was extremely clean and exactly the way the nice pictures shows. We had a great time in Villa Maria and would love to come back soon, Thanks for the welcome basket and familiar treatment !
