About this villa rental
Solaris Beach House is a beautifully designed double-level beachfront villa, peacefully positioned between Holetown and the much-loved Mullins Beach. Created with relaxed Caribbean living in mind, the house centres around generous outdoor spaces, including shaded alfresco dining, comfortable lounging areas, and a large private deck overlooking the sea.
The villa sits directly on Reeds Bay Beach, with private access leading straight onto the sand. Guests can enjoy swimming just a few steps from the house, with sandy conditions underfoot.
As with all natural beaches, conditions can vary seasonally depending on weather and sea patterns.
Please note that a government tax of 12.5% of the total booking cost applies. This may be paid on arrival or settled in advance, should you prefer.
Bedrooms
The villa offers five spacious en-suite double bedrooms, each designed to feel calm, private, and comfortable. Two bedrooms enjoy direct sea views and private balcony areas.
Bedroom 1
A generous principal suite with beautiful sea views, featuring a super king bed, large private balcony, dressing room, separate WC, and a contemporary bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, and twin vanity units.
Bedroom 2
Also enjoying lovely sea views, this bedroom features a super king bed, a spacious private balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with twin vanity units, a large shower, and WC.
Bedroom 3
Located at the rear of the upper level, this peaceful bedroom features a king bed, ample hanging and storage space, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and twin sinks.
Bedroom 4
Situated at the rear of the lower level, this bedroom offers a king bed, generous storage, and a modern en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and twin sinks.
Bedroom 5
Also on the lower level at the rear of the house, this bedroom features a king bed, hanging and storage space, a chest of drawers, and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and WC.
Media / Living Room
Located on the lower level at the front of the villa, the media and living room is a relaxed indoor space designed for both downtime and work. It features a large screen with Apple TV and WD Live, a selection of board games, and a very comfortable sofa bed if required.
For guests needing to work remotely, there is a dedicated desk with a direct internet connection. Large openings allow views across the deck and out to sea, so the connection to the outdoors is never lost.
Gym / Fitness Room
The gym is located on the lower level and is equipped for light to moderate workouts, including a fitness bike, treadmill, free weights, bench, exercise mats, exercise ball, and additional fitness accessories.

Our concierge team is happy to assist with airport transfers, pre-arrival grocery stocking, restaurant reservations, car hire, watersports, and catamaran hire — including collections directly from the beach in front of the villa.
Cheryl, our main housekeeper and cook, looks after the day-to-day running of the house. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room, and the in-house team typically take care of all washing and drying during your stay.

We had a lovely stay at Solaris! It was perfect for our group of 10, and we loved being right on the beach. Cheryl and the team took great care of us, and we appreciated all the good food, recommendations, and housekeeping. Would recommend and looking forward to hopefully returning to Barbados soon.

We cannot rave enough about Villa Solaris and what a fabulous week we had! From the initial booking until the minute we had to (sadly) leave, we were thoroughly pampered. Our concierge, Tricia, planned the most amazing meals for us and hooked us up with a super fun and accommodating driver (David!) for the week. The villa staff kept everything spotless without ever being intrusive, and they were so sweet! But Cheryl, the chef and house manager was the highlight for us. A true angel on earth, we already miss her. Barbados is a beautiful island with the friendliest people and Solaris was the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We (5 couples fromCalifornia) will definitely be back!!

We have just returned from a wonderful 14-night stay at Camden Nook for our grown up family of 6 adults.Having visited Barbados many times over the years and stayed in 5 different villas, I think that we all agreed that this was the best property we have rented yet and we have already booked for a 3-week return next year.The villa is light and airy with plenty of room for everyone, furnishings are stylish and contemporary without feeling overly ostentatious, good aircon in the bedrooms that works properly, great outdoor space to eat and relax whilst looking at that great view of the Carribean only a few feet away, not many places where you get to lay in a hot tub and watch the sunset over the Carribean ocean every night!But the very best thing about our stay was our wonderful housekeeper Cheryl, I don't know how much you guys pay her but she is worth her weight in gold!Cheryl would arrive every morning with a bright cheery "Hello!!"and a big smile, if required she would cook all of our meals and whilst we didn't need her to cook all of our meals she did amaze us with her Bajan hot fishcakes, Chicken Roti wraps, Bajan bakes and chocolate mousse. As well as keeping the villa spotless and doing any washing twice a week her best attribute was just her lovely happy smiley nature, she was always happy to chat whilst she worked and felt like an extended family member come the end of the holiday.Cheryl also had a friend with watersports eqt. and hired a couple of jetskis that were delivered to the beach, we also hired a couple of paddleboards from someone else for the duration as we wanted to make full use of the big blue swimming pool at the bottom of the steps, word of caution here as dependant on the sea conditions that prevail , the height of the sand at the bottom of the steps to the beach can alter by as much as 2 foot, so when the sand is high it is a perfect step from the bottom step onto a lovely sandy beach, but when the sand is low there is a 2-foot drop onto a few small rocks that require careful navigation for a few steps until you reach the sand of the beach, no biggie but small kids would find it tricky.See that the villa is up for sale so just waiting for that lottery win to roll in and we will be buying it !!
